With reference to above subject it is being informed that the trading window for dealing in the shares/securities of the Company by the Designated/Connected Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed w.e.f. January 01 2024 for the purpose of consideration and approval of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2023. The trading window shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours from the date of announcement of financial results.
