| Initial public issue of 14,88,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each of Dev Information Tech Ltd ("the company") for cash at a price of (Rs)42 per equity share (including a share premium of (Rs)32 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to (Rs)6.25 crores ("the issue") of which 96,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each for a cash at a price of (Rs)42 per equity share, aggregating to (Rs)0.40 crores will be reserved for subscrption by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 13,92,000 equity shares of face value of (Rs)10 each at an issue price of (Rs)42 per equity share aggregating to (Rs)5.85 crores (is hereinafter to as the "net issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.95% and 25.22% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
